Richard Giragosian

Director of the Regional Studies Center, an independent think tank in Yerevan, Armenia. He has served as a contributing analyst for al Jazeera and Oxford Analytica and as a consultant for the Asian Development Bank, the European Union Delegation to Armenia, the International Crisis Group, the French Ministry of Defence, the U.S. National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism, KPMG and the London-based global risk consultancy Control Risks, as well as the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and the U.S. Departments of Defense and State.
